A Day at a KEAN Site
Site Opening & Muster
Site supervisors and safety officers arrive early for pre-shift toolbox talks, equipment checks, and daily task assignment to crew leads.
Civil Work Commences
Concrete pours, reinforcement bar placement, formwork erection, and MEP rough-ins begin in parallel across multiple floors as per the daily work plan.
Progress Review
Project engineers and site managers review morning progress against milestones, resolve on-site issues, and coordinate material deliveries for the afternoon shift.
Quality Inspections
QA/QC engineers conduct visual inspections, concrete cube testing, survey checks, and BIM model comparisons to ensure zero deviation from specifications.
Daily Closeout
Shift closeout, safety debrief, work-in-progress documentation, and next-day preparation. All records updated in KEAN's digital project management system.

Site Engineer
Manages day-to-day execution, coordinates with contractors, and ensures structural quality.
HSE Officer
Enforces safety protocols, conducts audits, and ensures zero-incident operations.
