KEAN Construction has over 25 years of combined real estate and construction experience. Our founder Mr. Rajendra Varma began his journey as a construction contractor in Gujarat before expanding KEAN's operations to Mumbai and adjacent areas. Today, KEAN operates across two states with an active portfolio of 8+ construction sites.

Our Lock-N-Key Solutions cover the complete spectrum — from architectural design and structural work to interior fit-out, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) installations, smart home automation, and final handover. Yes. While Mumbai is our primary market, KEAN also has a presence in Gujarat, where our founder began his construction career. KEAN's current and recent landmark projects include:
- Signet — A 1.2 MN sq.ft. premium mixed-use residential and commercial complex in Mumbai (ongoing)
- Alta Monte — A 0.8 MN sq.ft. luxury high-rise residential development in Andheri, Mumbai (ongoing)
- Piramal Mahalaxmi — An iconic 3 MN sq.ft. premium residential tower in South Mumbai co-developed with the Piramal Group (completed 2018–2023)
KEAN has delivered 50+ projects across its portfolio, totalling over 5 million square feet of constructed area. We currently have over 3 million square feet under active construction across 8+ sites in Mumbai and Gujarat.
Site visits are available for prospective clients and partners on a scheduled, supervised basis. Due to strict HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols, all visitors must be pre-approved, attend a site induction, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Yes. KEAN is committed to responsible construction. Our sustainability practices include use of fly-ash-based concrete to reduce carbon footprint, rainwater harvesting integration in project designs, energy-efficient lighting and HVAC specifications, material waste reduction through BIM-optimized construction, and sourcing of certified, sustainably-produced materials where possible. Many of our projects are also designed to comply with green building rating criteria.
